Description

As the plus-tire fad faded and tires returned to less-balloon-y dimensions, there was a whistle-stop at around a 2.6” tire that turned out to ride really nicely, delivering the traction and confidence that plus-tire advocates had claimed for the real behemoths, but also performed like the aggressive trail tires we love.This wheel is not compatible with Ebikes.

Reinforced Spoke Holes

Reserve uses externally reinforced spoke holes to strengthen the area where the rim sees the most force, around the spoke nipple. This provides for improved strength without adding unnecessary weight.

Traction on traction

Lower tire pressure, higher traction levels. Got it.

Unlock Width

The Reserve 37 is designed specifically for tires between 2.5 and 2.8 inches in diameter, and is 37mm wide internally to support the larger casing these tires have.

What's with the raised square-shaped area around the spokes?

That's material right where you need it. With information from testing in our carbon lab in hand, we set about determining how to build the strongest rim possible, and part of the result is the square-shaped reinforcements you can see around the spoke holes.
